Open to opportunities Cleveland, OH --:-- my time
Hello, I'm

Manuel Rosa

I don't start with a tech stack. I start with what the business needs, then build whatever actually solves it: an AI product, a data pipeline, a low-code system, or a website that just works.

About

A short story about me

01

The foundation

I studied Information Systems at the University of Cincinnati, where I learned database design and earned certifications in coding for data. That's where I got comfortable living in both worlds: the interface people see, and the data layer underneath it.

02

The craft

Today I'm interning at a web design agency and taking on freelance projects, building sites and internal tools with everything from React to WordPress and Webflow, and moving deeper into low-code tools and automation.

03

The value

Every project balances three things: clean UI, solid technical decisions, and a real business use case. I don't just build things that look good; I build things that bring customers through the door.

Business-first building

I start with the business problem, not the tech stack. The best feedback I've gotten: a customer walked into my client's store asking about an item they saw on the inventory page I built.

Right tool for the job

From hand-coded React to WordPress and Webflow, I pick the right tool for the job and the budget, and I hand off systems clients can keep running themselves.

Data fluency

SQL, Python, and Power BI mean I don't stop at the interface. I can clean the data, analyze it, and turn it into dashboards that drive real decisions.

Data Cleaning

A Cleveland reseller had no inventory page, no SEO, and no product system. I scraped hundreds of Facebook Marketplace listings, built a clean WordPress storefront with Elementor and Yoast SEO, and left the client a reusable spreadsheet system to manage products themselves. Soon after launch, a customer walked into the store asking about an item they'd seen on the new inventory page.
